List PA-C after your name, then give your NCCPA certification and each state license its own line with the state named. Add your DEA registration if you have one.

- Lead with your specialty and setting. Physician assistant alone is too broad for a recruiter to place you.
- Count what you do. Patients per day in clinic and cases per week in the OR say more than a list of duties.
- Name the procedures you perform on your own. Suturing, splinting, injections, whatever applies to your practice.
- Note your supervising or collaborating physician setup if your state requires one. It answers the credentialing question before it gets asked.
- Keep your NCCPA status near the top. Recruiters verify certification before they read anything else.
- New grads should lead with clinical rotations and the hours in each. That is your experience section until your first job.
